Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners

Ice Air brand PTAC products provide our customers with high-quality units that are reliable, deliver comfort and last. In fact, the Ice Air brand Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTACs) are part of the wide variety of Hi-Spec™ and ExactFit™ HVAC Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners that provide superior new construction heating and cooling systems or to replace old installations. Ice Air’s PTACs are designed for ultra-high efficiency and comply with LEED® criteria in a durable, user-friendly package. New construction units feature EERs to 12.0, as well as whisper-quiet sound levels, commercial grade construction and balanced air flow. Ice Air offers a full line of ExactFit™ replacement units, which provide a simplified replacement solution for nearly every major manufacturer.


Water Source Heat Pumps

An Ice Air water-source heat pump (WSHP) delivers high-performance heating and cooling with exceptional efficiency. Ice Air’s full line of products fit a variety of applications like schools, office buildings, health care and rehabilitation facilities, condominiums and retirement facilities and more. Ice Air WSHPs utilize the highest quality materials and manufacturing practices to provide quiet comfort operation. Thermal and sound insulation, paired with precisely-sized air handling components deliver low sound levels while achieving optimum comfort. Work without distraction. Sleep without noise. In fact, Ice Air Water Source Heat Pump (WSHP) units create a comfortable environment so quiet it’s almost undetectable.

Fan Coil Units

Ice Air Fan Coil Units (FCU) are available in a variety of configurations designed for quiet, energy saving operation and design flexibility. Ice Air FCUs utilize the highest quality materials and manufacturing practices. Using optional ECM motors, Ice Air FCUs are highly efficient while providing improved indoor air quality. Maintaining the highest quality product means Ice Air products meet all UL standards and conform to ASHRAE 90.1, local building codes and energy standards.

Since every project is different with distinctive needs outside of providing comfort to the space, our FCU configurations are available with a wide variety of accessories and options such as 2-pipe and 4-pipe systems, customized valve packages and customized sheet metal to create a custom design tailored to the needs of the project. All FCUs are ETL-listed for safety in the U.S. and Canada. No other selection of fan coils is more complete than Ice Air’s. With everything from our easily adaptable Horizontal Concealed FCU for concealed or above-ceiling mounting that saves floor space, making it an ideal choice for use in new construction and retrofit applications to our Ultra-Thin Horizontal FCU designed specifically for under-ceiling mounting, you’ll find Ice Air FCU units offering the exceptional flexibility and availability you’re looking for.


Hybrid Water-Cooled Air Conditioners

Ice Air Hydronic Hybrid Water-Cooled Air Conditioners (HWCAC) provide reliable performance, high-efficiency cooling operation with an advanced hot water coil that provides hydronic heat for an entire room without using the unit’s compressor. Ice Air HWCACs utilize the highest quality materials and manufacturing practices. The high capacity heating coil operates at low Entering Water Temperatures (EWT), between 95°-125°F. An optional EC motor meets green energy requirements. Ice Air HWCACs meet all UL standards and conform to ASHRAE 90.1, local building codes and energy standards.

The Ice Air Console HWCACs independently provide comfort cooling and heating within a room and are often located against walls or beneath windows of a room to accommodate maximum load requirements. These floor console units offer superior performance and are piped to a central water loop.

The Ice Air Vertical Stack HWCACs are perfect when space is an issue, providing an ideal solution for whisper quiet cooling and heating within a tight footprint. With the lowest sound levels and smallest footprints available, Ice Air’s vertical stack HWCACs offer superior value – efficiently heating and cooling with the following features:

• Full thermal and acoustical insulation.
• Advanced electronic control interface.
• High and low pressure protection.
• Condensate overflow sensors.

The Ice Air Horizontal Hybrid Water-Cooled Air Conditioners are a low profile design, unobtrusive with a seamless appearance on the ceiling. They are completely concealed with an access panel control box. Flexible control options, variable air discharge outlets, and easy service access provide superior design and installation options. High efficiency fan motors provide low operating costs and reduced energy consumption.

The Ice Air Vertical Closet HWCAC provides a clean look within rooms as well as optimal installation and maintenance conditions. These quiet units feature high EERs, efficient motors and low-speed fan operation for low operating costs and reduced energy consumption.
